MPAA Rating: R

Michael Myers returns to kill and rampage while trying to kidnap the son of his niece.

SEX/NUDITY 3 - A couple of kisses, some talk about sex; a woman's breasts are exposed in a suggested after-sex scene and we see the genitalia of a naked male infant.

VIOLENCE/GORE 9 - Many scenes of a killer chasing people, usually through darkened places. A woman is impaled through the head and her body twitches and drips blood; another is impaled through the abdomen. Medical personnel is slaughtered and we see lots of blood and hear screaming -- there are a lot of squishy noises. A man's neck is snapped and then twisted off. A boy threatens his grandfather with a knife. A washing machine is filled with blood and supposedly someone's body. A man is electrocuted and foam comes out of his mouth; his face sizzles and then he explodes into many bloody pieces. A couple of mutilated bodies. A man is stabbed with syringes and whacked on the head. There are a few car chases.
