The MPAA rating has been assigned for “language and violence.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes a few flirting scenes and an attempted seduction, references to infidelity, many scenes of gunfire exchanges leading to death and bloody wounds, a few fights that include a few throats being slashed with visible blood, many fights with punches and kicks landing, many scenes of computer hacking, many arguments and at least 23 F-words and other strong language. When the British government becomes aware of the theft of an undisclosed item that threatens the world’s safety, only one man (Jason Statham) can lead the charge to discover who stole it, why, and what it is.  – A man flirts with a woman in several scenes, asks, “Will you allow me to flatter you?” and he invites her to his villa and tries to lure her away from her boyfriend. A woman smacks a man on the clothed buttock as she leaves the room.
 A man tells a woman, “If you aren’t interested in him, I might be.” A woman makes a sexually suggestive remark when meeting a man. A man makes a sexually suggestive remark about another man. A woman makes a sexually suggestive remark about herself. A woman calls a man “sweetheart” in several scenes. A man suggests that a woman should have a massage and says that the people performing the massage, “Really understand a lady’s geography.” A man is convinced to do something after being threatened to have a compromising video of him with his sister-in-law revealed. A man says that he “fancies” a woman a bit. A man says that he “fancies” a man a bit. A man remark is made about a man being engaged to another man.
 A man and a woman lie in bed together (they are unconscious) and the man’s bare chest and shoulders are shown. A woman wears a low-cut dress that reveals cleavage and bare shoulders in several scenes. Women wear swimsuits that reveal cleavage, bare backs and legs to the hips (partial buttocks are seen) in a couple of party and pool scenes. A woman wears a very short skirt that reveals her legs to the upper thighs. A woman wears a cropped top with a robe and a short wrap around her hips (we see her bare shoulder, abdomen and legs to the hips). A woman wears a camisole that reveals cleavage and bare shoulders.

Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre VIOLENCE/GORE 6

 – In a silent scene set at night we see armed people infiltrating a building and a lab and killing many people (we hear later that 26 security guards were killed) using throat slashing with knives and shooting automatic weapons (we see some blood splatter as bodies drop); an explosive device is also set and the building explodes.
 Two police officers attempt to escort a man to a car and two other men attack them, beating them with punches and kicks and slamming them onto vehicles; the man being escorted is ushered into a van and he complains of heart pain, suffers a heart attack and dies. A man fights with another man with punches and kicks, the second man draws a gun on the first man before he is knocked unconscious and a third man runs away and steals a motorbike while being chased by the first man; he speeds away and crashes, runs to a tall tower and rides the elevator to the top and when the other man arrives, and sees a body in a puddle of blood on the ground below. A man fights with two men, slashes one on the throat, and throws the other down a flight of stairs and shoots him. A man shoots three people in the head from a great distance (we see the bodies with bloody wounds). A man and a woman in a car are chased on a narrow winding road by another car, and the woman shoots at the chase car and it drives over a cliff.
 A man fights with three men in a closed elevator: we hear punches landing and thuds when men are slammed into the walls before two of the men are shot at close range and the third is seen crumpled in the corner motionless. Many armed people in a room open fire on each other and we see flashes and movement until everyone seems to be dead; a man searches through the room, a man lunges at him from the shadows, they fight and one man is struck hard in the face with a metal briefcase several times (we see his bloody nose and mouth). A man charges toward another man on top of a tall tower and the first man falls over the railing and slams to the ground below (we see a pool of blood on the ground and understand that the body has been put in the trunk of a car). A man arms himself with a long-range weapon and takes position as helicopters fly over people on the ground after a chase and open fire on them; the man shoots several people and they jolt wildly when struck and fall to the ground with some blood splatter and explosions throw vehicles into the air as people run for cover.
 A man with a taser approaches another man from behind and the second man elbows him hard in the throat, takes the taser and presses it into another man’s genitals and he then tasers the first man in the throat as he gasps for air (we see his bloody face and mouth). A man confronts another man and tries to bribe him, they fight with many heavy punches landing, one man draws a knife and slashes toward the other man (no blood is drawn), one man is punched and falls back through a door, they fight and one man lands unconscious on the back of a Skidoo and he is pushed into the sea (we see him still unconscious later). A man pumps a gas into a ventilation system, knocking out several people inside a house and breaks in, steals jewelry and money and encounters security guards as he leaves; he head-butts one man, squeezes his genitals as the man yells, kicks the other man in the genitals, fights with them, we hear a gunshot and a man yells when he is shot in the leg. Two women are tasered (we see one being tasered) and left unconscious in a busy airport terminal.
 A car being chased and shot at by another vehicle, speeds along narrow roads and through road construction, and the cars drive into a tunnel where a helicopter waits for them at the exit and shoots a rocket into the tunnel after the first car exits safely; we see a large explosion and a lot of smoke (the pilot misfires and a rocket goes the wrong direction first). A large vehicle parks across a highway and blocks another vehicle, a man with a metal saw cuts the door of the second vehicle open and the people inside are held at gunpoint. A car spins out on the set of a movie and a man watching shoots a gun in the air and yells.
 We see photos of crates filled with AK-47s and are told that a man is selling them. People become aware that their computer security systems have been hacked and panic trying to find who is doing it and from where. Several large satellites are blown up in the background of a scene.
 A man threatens other people’s loved ones. A man argues with another man about doing a job when he is supposed to be on vacation. A man asks another man if he is a patriot and the second man responds, “I don’t vote Republican.” A man makes a declaration of ripping someone’s head off and defecating down his neck. Two men insult each other while talking on the phone. A man says that another man is “crying for mama.” A man says, “Don’t be mean.” People are shown hacking other people’s computers and manipulating money exchanges and security communication.
 Several people crowd around a man to take a photograph with him; he seems uncomfortable with how close they are.
