An elderly famous composer and conductor (Michael Caine) vacations in a luxurious Swiss hotel along with his daughter (Rachel Weisz) and best friend (Harvey Keitel), contemplating life, love, memory, turmoil, art, ambition and death. Also with Gabriella Belisario, Alex Macqueen, Paul Dano, Madalina Diana Ghenea, Nate Dern, Alex Beckett and Mark Gessner. Directed by Paolo Sorrentino. A woman wearing a bikini walks through a pool area and two men admire her; one man approaches her and they speak briefly. A man and a woman gaze at each other with interest. An older man and a young woman wearing a bikini that reveals cleavage, bare abdomen, legs and back pass each other on a narrow walkway and her clothed breasts brush the man's chest. Women are shown dancing together in a restaurant scene. A young woman is shown massaging several people in a spa throughout the movie.
 A man tells another man, "I would have given 20 years of my life to sleep with her." A man asks another man if he slept with a woman that both men had feelings for and he says he can't remember. A man talks about another man and a woman and says that they are falling in love. Song lyrics include, "You got the love." A woman yells at her father for a letter he wrote confessing his love for another man. A man tells his adult daughter that he was very proficient at sex after the adult daughter says the same about herself. A man makes a reference to a woman having slept with producers to get where she is. A woman tells a man, "I can make a man go wild in bed if I want." A woman tells a man that she will go to bed with him if he does not ejaculate.
 A woman swims in a swimming pool and we see her bare breasts and the outline of her legs. A man is shown being massaged in several spa scenes and we see his bare back and legs with a towel draped across his buttocks. Women are shown wearing bras and panties in a dressing room (cleavage, bare abdomens, bare legs and backs are seen). A young woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage, her bare abdomen and stocking covered legs. Several women are shown wearing bathing suits in a pool scene (cleavage, bare abdomens, legs and backs are shown). A woman wears a bathing suit that reveals part of her lower buttocks and cleavage. An overweight man wears swim trunks that reveal his ample abdomen, legs and back (he has several tattoos). VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A man jumps off a balcony and we hear a heavy thud, and then people screaming. A woman yells while she is being held on the floor of an airplane by flight attendants (we see her mouth bloodied and her wig falls off). Two people in motorized scooters collide and yell at each other (no injuries are shown). We see a woman in a facility and she seems to be catatonic.
 A man has a nightmare that he is drowning and wakes up in a start. A young girl sees a man dressed like Adolf Hitler. Several people see a man dressed as Adolf Hitler eating in a restaurant; they stare at him and he punches the table.
 A doctor draws blood from a man's arm and he grimaces. A man has a hot stone massage and winces and moans from the heat. A woman eats sloppy meat from a bone while wearing white gloves and we see the gloves stained from meat juices and the woman's mouth covered with meat juices.
 An overweight man climbs out of a swimming pool and his breathing is labored as he lays on a chaise and breathes deeply from an oxygen mask. An overweight man wearing swim trunks kicks a ball in the air repeatedly and we hear him breathing heavily. A woman rubs a man's foot and we see that it is swollen and discolored. A man blows fire from his mouth as part of a show at a spa. A man and a woman climb a mountain and she is afraid (he holds her and she closes her eyes).
 A woman stands up from a table in a restaurant and slaps the man seated at the table with her hard in the face before leaving. A man visits a cemetery.
 A woman yells at her father for a letter he wrote confessing his love for another man. A man and a woman argue about their work and success. A woman argues with her father and blames him for being unfaithful to her mother (his wife). A man and a woman argue. A man refuses an invitation to conduct an orchestra for a performance for the Queen of England. A woman cries uncontrollably when her husband leaves her. We hear that someone slipped in the bathtub and broke his femur. A man is dismissive of a woman who was the winner of a beauty pageant and demeans her intelligence. People talk about a man on his deathbed and about what he might say.
 Two elderly men talk about the challenges of urinating and how successful they've been at it.
