Based on a true story: A struggling precious metals dealer (Matthew McConaughey) and a geologist (Edgar Ramirez) travel to Indonesia in search of a lucrative gold mine. While they do discover gold, they must navigate the difficult worlds of Wall Street investors and the Indonesian government. Also with Bryce Dallas Howard, Corey Stoll, Bruce Greenwood, Craig T. The Red Turtle [2016] [PG] - 3.3.0
This animated adventure tells the story of a man marooned on an isolated island and how after a large red turtle transforms into a woman, they fall in love and start a family. Directed by Michael Dudok de Wit. There is no real dialogue in the film, only exclamations. [1:20]

Rings [2017] [PG-13] - 4.6.3
The infamous video that causes the death of the watcher seven days after it is viewed resurfaces in this third sequel and wreaks havoc on a college campus when it is incorporated into a lab experiment. The Space Between Us [2017] [PG-13] - 3.4.3
In 2018 the first Martian colony leader (Janet Montgomery) dies in childbirth and her son (Asa Butterfield) becomes the first human to be raised on another planet. As a 16-year-old he starts communicating secretly with an Earth girl (Britt Robertson), he falls in love with her and travels to meet her and search for his father. However, he finds his organs quickly deteriorating in Earth's unfamiliar environment. Also with Gary Oldman, Carla Gugino and B.D. Wong. Directed by Peter Chelsom. [2:00]

xXx: Return of Xander Cage [2017] [PG-13] - 4.6.5
Called out of exile by the CIA, an xXx agent (Vin Diesel) mobilizes a team of daredevils to find and destroy a weapon called Pandora's Box, which controls all the satellites orbiting Earth. A super villain (Donnie Yen) wants to use it to destroy the world. Also with Deepika Padukone, Kris Wu, Ruby Rose, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev, Toni Collette and Samuel L. Jackson. Directed by D.J. Caruso. A young African-American man (Daniel Kaluuya) travels to the home of his white girlfriend's (Allison Williams) family and becomes increasingly wary of the behavior of all the people around him. Two men (Matt Damon and Pedro Pascal) stumble upon The Great Wall of China, which is defended by a huge army of highly-trained soldiers that are preparing for a battle with an unknown entity. The men must decide whether to stay and fight or run away. Also with Tian Jing, Willem Dafoe, Andy Lau and Hanyu Zhang. Directed by Yimou Zhang. In 2029 the Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) is in exile, but finds a young girl (Dafne Keen) whose powers seem to match his. He must protect her, as well as his mentor (Patrick Stewart) from the nefarious plans of criminals from the X-Men's past. Also with Stephan Merchant, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook and Elizabeth Rodriguez. Directed by James Mangold. Many lines of dialogue are spoken in Spanish without translation. [2:21]

Before I Fall [2017] [PG-13] - 5.4.5
After dying, a young woman (Zoey Deutch) relives her last day repeatedly. Not clear about what is happening, she eventually figures out what she must do to be freed from this unending loop. Also with Halston Sage, Kian Lawley, Elena Kampouris, Cynthy Wu, Medalion Rahimi, Erica Tremblay and Liv Hewson. Directed by Ry Russo-Young. [1:39]

Collide [2017] [PG-13] - 5.6.5
When his girlfriend (Felicity Jones) cannot afford an organ transplant in Germany, a man (Nicholas Hoult) plans a cocaine heist for cash, but runs afoul of an eccentric drug lord (Anthony Hopkins). Also with Marwan Kenzari and Ben Kingsley. Directed by Eran Creevy. Several lines of dialogue are spoken in German with English subtitles. [1:39]

On the last day before summer vacation a mild-mannered high school English teacher (Charlie Day) tries to remain calm during senior pranks and impending job loss. Then he inadvertently offends another teacher (Ice Cube), who demands a schoolyard fight after the closing bell. Also with Tracy Morgan, Christina Hendricks, Jillian Bell and Dean Norris. The Shack [2017] [PG-13] - 1.5.1
After his young daughter is murdered, a man (Sam Worthington) becomes depressed and questions his faith. A strange letter without postage arrives, urging him to return to the shack where the murder happened. He arrives at the shack and steps through a door to a supernatural realm.
