Jason Bateman stars as a 40-year-old, eighth-grade dropout that works as a proofreader and exploits a loophole to enter a kids' spelling bee. He ventures into adult and crude language and actions as often as he can, while an online journalist (Kathryn Hahn) pays his entry fees and expenses all the way to the spelling bee finals in California. Adaptation of the eponymous best-seller: A 4-year-old (Connor Corum), the son of a preacher (Greg Kinnear), claims to have visited Heaven while under anesthesia for an appendectomy and to have met Jesus and dead relatives. The men and women of a Special Forces DEA unit complete a major drug bust but they also steal a fortune in cash from the drug cartel and someone begins to assassinate them one by one. Transcendence [2014] [PG-13] - 4.6.2
Sci-fi film about the clash between two different visions for humanity's future: a woman (Rebecca Hall) wants a fully sustainable world free of disease and her husband (Johnny Depp) and other scientists (Morgan Freeman and Paul Bettany) work on artificial intelligence as the way to get there, while technology protestors aim to remove all technology from the world in order to achieve the same result. The Single Moms Club [2014] [PG-13] - 5.3.4
Several single moms (Nia Long, Amy Smart, Cocoa Brown, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Zulay Henao) become concerned about discipline at their children's private school and form a support group. The women take turns babysitting all their kids on weekends, while the rest of the club members visit karaoke bars and strip clubs. Also with Terry Crews, William Levy, Ryan Eggold and Tyler Perry. Noah [2014] [PG-13] - 3.6.1
The creator warns Noah (Russell Crowe) that life on earth will be extinguished in a great flood and provides instructions on how to build a large ark to save his family and a pair of each animal species at their current stage of development. Noah struggles with his mission and meets heavy resistance and attacks while receiving encouragement from his grandfather Methuselah (Anthony Hopkins). Also with Kevin Durand, Frank Langella, Mark Margolis, Nick Nolte, Jennifer Connelly, Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, Douglas Booth and Leo McHugh Carroll. Directed by Darren Aranofsky. [2:19]

A woman (Cameron Diaz) finds out that her boyfriend (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) is married and when the man's wife (Leslie Mann) confronts her, they discover that he's involved in yet another affair. Together the three women plot a payback scheme. Also with Don Johnson, Kate Upton, Taylor Kinney and Nicki Minaj. Directed by Nick Cassavetes. [1:49]
