Unlike the MPAA we do not assign one inscrutable rating based on age, but 3 objective ratings for SEX/NUDITY, VIOLENCE/GORE and PROFANITY on a scale of 0 to 10, from lowest to highest, depending on quantity and context.

MPAA Rating: R

A man is involved with two women and when they find out they demand that he be honest about it. With Robert Downey Jr. and Heather Graham.

SEX/NUDITY 5 - Lots of discussions about sex and sexual innuendo, including references to oral sex, incest, promiscuity, menage-a-trois, bisexuality. A passionate kiss with some fondling and oral sex is implied for both partners. A woman's bare buttocks is seen. A man is shown in his underwear.

VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - A woman pushes a couple of men. A man fakes suicide by gunshot: the man and the bathroom are covered in fake -- but real-looking nevertheless -- blood.

PROFANITY 10 - More than 70 F-words, about a dozen scatological terms, many anatomical references, many sexual references and insults. [profanity glossary]
