A transsexual woman (Felicity Huffman) preparing for her final sexual reassignment surgery, is contacted by a young man who says he is looking for his father. Realizing that when she was male she had fathered a son, she bails him out of jail and offers him a ride cross-country but does not tell him who she is. Also with Kevin Zegers, Fionnula Flanagan, Graham Greene and Elizabeth Peña. Directed by Duncan Tucker. [1:43]

SEX/NUDITY 7 - A pre-operation transsexual woman hikes up her dress and urinates (we see male genitals). Two young men remove their clothing and go swimming (their bare buttocks, backs, chests and genitals are visible). A post-operation transsexual woman soaks in a bathtub and her breasts and pubic region are visible.
 A man and a young man look at each other in a bar, we see them climbing into the cab of a truck, one unbuttons the other's pants, and one pushes the other's head into his lap (it is suggested that they have sex and one of them pays the other).
 A young man tells a pre-operation transsexual woman that she is sexy; he tries to kiss her, he drops his robe (his bare buttocks and chest are visible) and the transsexual woman pushes him away. A woman on the set of a pornographic movie asks a young man if he took his Viagra and we hear slurping suggesting that someone is performing oral stimulation on the young man.
 We see an advertisement for a pornographic movie and several men in swim trunks are pictured, as well as a nude man from behind, revealing his bare buttocks. We see a pre-operation transsexual woman dressing, putting on stockings over bare thighs, tucking into a girdle and adjusting her crotch, padding a bra, etc. We see the outline of genitals through someone's jockey shorts. A transsexual woman holds vaginal dilators in her hand and shows them to a young man.
 A transsexual woman is wheeled into an operating room and we see her later with a large bulge at her crotch. A young man swims bare-chested. A transsexual woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage.
 A young man does a sex scene for a pornographic movie and he and another young man nuzzle and caress each other briefly. Two transsexual women hug and kiss and talk about being in love. A young man and a young woman kiss.
 A young man makes remarks that suggest that he was sexually abused by his stepfather when he was young. A young man makes a crude comment about a sexual act. Two men make admiring sounds as a woman walks past. A doctor asks a pre-operation transsexual woman how she feels about having a penis.
 People sing a song about deer and antelope, "playing with each other." A dog licks his genitals and a woman calls him a "sex maniac."

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - A stepfather hits his stepson, and then hits him again and kicks him a few times before he is struck on the head by a woman with a frying pan (he falls down unconscious). A young man punches a transsexual woman hard in the face (we see her later with a bruise on the cheek).
 A transsexual woman is wheeled into an operating room and we see her later with a large bulge at the crotch. A woman grabs the crotch of a pre-operation transsexual woman to see if she still has a penis. A young man raises his fist to a transsexual woman.
 A young man makes remarks that suggest that he was sexually abused by his stepfather when he was young. We hear that a woman committed suicide and her young son found her dead. A transsexual woman talks about having attempted suicide, and a young man talks about being disemboweled by a Ninja. A transsexual woman talks in graphic terms about how she feels after a sex change operation. People argue in a few scenes.
 A young man vomits after drinking too much alcohol (we hear the splatter). A pre-operation transsexual woman hikes up her dress and urinates behind a car (we see the stream). A pre-operation transsexual woman hikes her dress up and urinates (nothing is visible).
