When a prank goes horribly wrong the sisters of Theta Pi sorority take a vow of silence and solidarity that plagues them until their final night at the sorority house when one by one, each one of those involved, is attacked with gruesome results. SEX/NUDITY 7 - A young woman unbuttons a young man's shirt, he unfastens his pants, they kiss, lie back on a bed and she straddles him (it is implied that they have sex). A young woman in a hot tub invites a young man to join her, she removes her bathing suit top (we see her bare shoulders) and the young man takes off his shirt (it is implied that they have sex and we see them both later wrapped in towels). A young woman and a young man kiss, he tells her she tastes like vomit, she lifts her skirt, says she forgot to wear underwear and invites him to perform oral sex on her (he declines and she leaves).
► A young woman removes a long cape and stands topless in front of a crowd of people (we see her bare breasts). We see several young women in a shower room (bare breasts, buttocks, backs and abdomens are seen). A young woman is told to drop her towel before leaving a shower room and we see her bare breasts when she does. A young man is shown nude from the back (bare back, buttocks and legs are seen) in a crowd at a party. College aged men and women dance at a party and the young women are scantily clad (some in bikinis, some in underwear, and a few in Dr. Denton sleepers that reveal bare buttocks): one young woman dances with no top (her bare breasts are seen), a young man wears tight-fitting boxers and is bare-chested and another young man wears boxers and a T-shirt. Young women are shown wearing low-cut and short dresses that reveal bare legs, shoulders, backs and cleavage in several scenes.
► A young woman gives mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to an unconscious young woman who just vomited and when she's revived she kisses her on the mouth (they both have goo on their faces).
► Several young women watch a young man and a young woman kissing on a computer video camera: we see the young man unbutton the young woman's top (cleavage is shown) and caress her bare thigh and panties before they are interrupted.
► A young woman lies on a bed wearing a bra and pants and a young man lies next to her with his shirt partly open revealing his bare chest and they talk. College aged men and women kiss and caress each other in a few party scenes. A young man and a young woman kiss while reclined on a sofa (they are interrupted).
► A young woman walks through a house and finds a man handcuffed to his bed; the man says that a previous patient left abruptly and invites the young woman to pick up where they left off. A young man and a young woman dance together and he rubs against her from behind several times (she rebukes him). A young man caresses a young woman's knee. A young man peeks under a young woman's skirt while she stands on a ladder (his girlfriend reprimands him).
► A young man and a young woman talk and flirt. A young woman lying in a bed tells another young woman that she was having sex with her boyfriend. A young man tells his girlfriend that he "could catch action off any of these girls." A young man says that he'd have sex with a young woman's mother in front of his girlfriend. A young woman says that she is going to her psychiatrist to get drugs for a party -- it is implied that she will have sex with him in exchange for the drugs and she remarks about his sexual preferences. A young woman makes a remark about another young woman having sex with five young men. A young woman says, "I don't have time for catch me rape me." A young woman jokes about another young woman's breast implants. A young woman makes a joke at another woman's expense about waxing not only being for floors.

VIOLENCE/GORE 8 - A young woman is stabbed in the chest with a tire iron (we hear a loud crunch and see a lot of blood gurgling through the wound and out of her mouth as others try to resuscitate her). We see a video of a young woman being stabbed in the chest (she twitches and blood is seen on her chest).
► A young man is struck by something in the leg (we see blood on his pant leg and part of his leg bone pokes through the fabric); he drags himself to a laundry chute, begins to crawl in and is stabbed through the wall and his throat (we see blood running down his face and later see his legs sticking out of the opening).
► A young woman is stabbed through the mouth and pinned to a wall with a bladed weapon (blood pours from her mouth and we hear a crunch later when the weapon is removed).
► A man hears noises in his hallway, he struggles to unlock handcuffs that hold him to a bed, he frees himself, stands up and is struck in the head by a bladed weapon that is thrown (blood spurts); we see it sticking out of the man's forehead and blood pools on the floor.
► A young woman lies back on a bench and drinks from bottle and someone slams the bottle down into her throat twice and then forces a bladed object into the bottle and her throat (we see blood in the bottle, hear gurgling and see her mouth and jaw stretched unnaturally).
► A young man is struck in the back of the head with an ax (he falls dead and we see blood pooling under him). A young woman is grabbed by the neck, slammed against a wall and a bladed weapon is driven up through her chin and into her head (blood pours from her mouth).
► A young woman, tied by the ankle is dragged through a thick layer of bubbles on the ground, we see her stand up and struggle against something, we see a bright flash and we see the young woman lying dead with a bright, glowing flare in her mouth and her face is charred.
► A young man is shot in the chest (we see bloody holes on his chest), falls through a floor and into flames below (we hear him scream as he falls). A young man is struck twice by a car (we see him lying still on the ground) and when someone touches his hand, it clenches closed, but he appears to be dead. A young woman falls into a hole in a floor and dangles while the room below her is burning; she struggles to get up and someone presses a blade on her finger (we see a bit of blood). A young woman is trapped by fire in a room and a bladed weapon is thrown at her several times and she tries to dodge it while not running into the flames.
► A woman shoots at a person several times, the person throws a bladed weapon at the woman, it sticks in a refrigerator door, and the woman is pushed back onto the weapon's point that pushes through her chest (we hear a crunch, see the bloody point and the woman slumps).
► Two young women fight with hair pulling and punching and one slams the other's head into the floor several times. A young woman is punched in the face (we see blood on her nose). A young man is struck in the face with the back of an ax and falls to the floor; he is then sprayed with a fire extinguisher and struck with the canister. A young man yells at a young woman and throws her on the floor. A young man threatens a young woman with a blade to her throat and she strikes him twice with a heavy lamp. A young man threatens a young woman by holding a blade to her throat (we see a small bloody slash).
► A flaming canister is thrown at a young woman, it flares when it hits the floor and the drapes catch fire. A woman shoots a shotgun into the ceiling and threatens several young women. A young man with blood on his arm and hand holds a shard of glass in one hand while walking toward several young women in a threatening manner. A body is thrown down a deep well and we hear a thud when it hits bottom.
► A young woman throws a large ring at a young man and hits him in the face (we see a small bump). A young woman is lowered by a chain into a deep well, the chain breaks, she falls in and she hears and sees rats skittering around her. Several young women, pull a prank on a young man by pretending to rush a young woman to the hospital when the young man thinks she is dying (we understand the young man thinks that he gave her Rufinol).
► A young man does a flip onto hard ground (we hear a thud) and gets up, seemingly unharmed. A young woman walks through a dark basement, her flashlight goes out, she hears noises, she pulls a light chain and is startled by something she sees.
► A young woman vomits while a young man is kissing her (we see goo in her mouth); she coughs and appears to be unconscious, the young man panics and runs out of the room, another young woman gives her mouth to mouth resuscitation and the unconscious young woman kisses her on the mouth once she's revived (they both have goo on their faces). Several people are shown with bloody hands, arms and faces at a murder scene. A severely decomposed body is shown.
► A young woman tells a young man, "If you touch me again, I will kill you." A young woman says, "We deserve to die" in several scenes and others remark, "We are all going to die." A young woman talks about needing to cut a body into pieces so that it won't float to the surface of a body of water. Several young women talk about what to do with a body and take it out of a car at an abandoned mining site. A man talks to a young woman in a threatening manner. We see "Theta Pi must die scrawled on a wall."
