In a small town three teen scouts (Tye Sheridan, Logan Miller and Joey Morgan) sneak into a strip club and help a gun toting cocktail waitress (Sarah Dumont) fight a horde of bloody zombies. Also with Cloris Leachman and David Koechner. Directed by Christopher B. Landon. [1:33]

SEX/NUDITY 8 - A young man takes a young woman into a dirty storeroom where she refuses to have sex on a filthy table until he lays his jacket down and she lies back and says that he can perform oral sex on her, he removes her panties (we see her bent knees) from under her dress and turns to call a shadowy figure "pervert" and a male zombie walks with yellow eyes, pale and bloody face, mouth cut at the corners, and a long black tongue slithering and moves toward them; the zombie kills the young man and bends down between the girl's knees (we hear slurping), she says his mouth is kind of cold and when she looks up and sees his bloody face between her knees she screams and runs out into a rave dance where a young man looks at her bloody skirt and tells her to use a tampon.
► An elderly woman zombie with a bloody face pulls down the shorts of a young man who is face down in a couch and as he screams a close-up shows her bury her face between his buttocks, and then suck and lick his buttocks several times; later, he shouts, "She tried to eat me!".
► A young man on a window ledge pulls on an old male zombie's penis to keep from falling; the rubber-like penis stretches to four feet, we see some red tissue as the penis snaps in two, the young man lands on the ground, throws the penis into a crowd and it lands in another male zombie's bloody mouth (in end credits, the penis is seen sticking out of a young man's ear). Two teen boys enter a deserted strip club where a zombie stripper wearing a skimpy bikini drops her bra to the stage and reveals bared breasts and pointy nipples (the boys stare); she writhes around a lighted dance pole and we see her bared chest, buttocks and bare legs to the groin. A female zombie's entire shirt rips off and we see her purple-veined breasts and pointy nipples shake and bounce in close-up for several seconds while a teen boy stares then runs away.
► A janitor listens to music and writhes around his mop handle, then he twerks in close-up toward the camera and at a lab window, he pulls up his shirt, licks the glass, points to his nipple and licks the glass again (a man in the lab does not see him). A young man says that a male scout leader dresses as Dolly Parton at home and listens to show tunes; in his home, we see a cardboard stand-up of Parton in a long glittery gown, along with a bust and various art productions of her that show a large bosom and the scout leader falls forward in one scene, burying his head in the cleavage of a sculptured bust of Parton.
► Several scenes include women wearing low-cut blouses, tank tops, and dresses that reveal moderate to large amounts of cleavage. Some girls wear short shorts with bikini tops. Two girls twerk in the background. A woman wears a tight scoop-neck tank top that reveals cleavage, with shorts-shorts that reveal bare legs to the top of the thigh. A few men wear mid-thigh length shorts.
► A woman kisses a teen boy in close-up for several seconds and open-mouthed twice; in another scene, he kisses a teen girl in close-up in the same way. A young man and a young woman kiss. A teen boy hugs another teen boy in friendship and says, "I love you." A selfie shows a young man licking the cheek of an elderly woman's severed head.
► Using crude terms a high school sophomore boy says he will have sex with a senior girl and he mentions that he has condoms in his scouting gear. A teen boy says about a woman, "I would lick her salty place any day of the week." When a friend kisses a teen boy's sister, the boy says, "That just means I'm gonna [F-word deleted] his mother." A teen boy flirts with two older girls and they chuckle at him. A teen boy says that a scouting uniform is a male chastity belt.
► Tampons fall out of a woman's purse. Two teen boys make a fishing line out of tied-together condoms.

VIOLENCE/GORE 8 - A janitor in a lab hears a rumble and peeks behind a curtain to see a male zombie lying on a gurney and attached to a breathing hose (the creature's skin is black-veined) as he begins to sit up and collapses; the janitor pours red capsules into his mouth, does CPR and bangs on a laptop nearby but he does not perform mouth-to-mouth because he smells bad mouth odors and shudders; another round of CPR breaks open the zombie's chest with a flood of blood flow and the creature attacks him with a bloody face, roaring and biting him in the neck and throwing him across a room twice as he chases him around the lab, breaking equipment and glass doors; the janitor places two bloody hands on the lab window, the creature grabs him away and we then see the janitor limp out to a corridor and attack a scientist, biting him on the neck (the janitor zombie has wild hair, red eyes and a bloody mouth); the scientist in turn bites a man on the neck and pulls out a long white tendon, which snaps away and some blood flows.
► A zombie man with peeling skin roars as he chases a teen boy around a living room, breaking glass out of bookcases and crushing lamps; the boy shouts that the man must be having a bad allergic reaction to something as a woman shoots the zombie, he falls, rises again and she shoots his head off; he reassembles and the boy sets him on fire using a spray can and a lighter and the zombie falls face down, burning; the camera cuts to the boy tying the black and red charred person to a chair in a basement (he is still alive and babbling) and he snaps his jaws at the boy, trying to eat him and the boy exclaims, "Everybody's trying to eat each other!"
► A woman hangs upside down from a stripper pole and her head explodes off, spraying two teen boys and the camera with blood; one of the boys slams an empty bottle into a stripper's forehead and blood pours out the neck of the bottle and a large zombie man chases the other boy into the washroom, banging doors, until a woman shoots his head off with a shotgun, spraying blood; outside, she shoots several other zombie heads off with similar blood spray.
► A 16-year-old boy drives into a deer and we see its intestines and blood covering the pavement; we later see the deer gone and its hoof prints lead into a forest where a man hears something in the bushes and the deer charges forth, biting him on the neck (the animal's entrails are still dragging behind it) until the man stabs it in the eye and we see a long red bloodstain as the animal lies on the ground and he pulls out the knife and we see some more blood flow; the man becomes a zombie, with rough gray skin, slobbering bloody mouth, and exaggerated limp and babbling and his toupee keeps falling off.
► After a woman shoots two zombie men dead with a shotgun, two teen boys sing and persuade another zombie man to sing with them and a soldier shoots the zombie, which bursts and splashes blood all around; the soldier drives the boys and woman away, but becomes a zombie after telling them that a viral outbreak caused the zombie epidemic and when he stops the vehicle the woman slams his head in the driver's door five times, below the frame, killing him. In a police station, a note says that the town has been evacuated and we see a male zombie officer shoot out ceiling lights, showcases and other fixtures before a teen boy buries an axe in the back of his head and we see blood flow. A teen boy jams a mop handle into a zombie man's throat, creating blood flow. A zombie man punches a teen boy ten times, with no lasting damage.
► Three young men who are scouts drive a car into a hardware store, gather supplies to build a billiard-ball shooter, a crossbow nail gun, and a weed-whip zombie shredder; they drive to a factory and shoot zombies as teen boys, teen girls and zombies run around and shriek and a teen girl is trapped on a ladder as the scouts shoot zombies, whose heads explode and splatter people and the camera with blood (heads explode into halves and fall in blood splatter); the teen boys and teen girls escape and a scout ties the exit door shut with a cable, then run upstairs to a basketball court where they trap the remaining zombies and light a gasoline bomb; the screen explodes into huge flames and the fire follows the boys as they run away but does not touch them as a grenade falls form the sky and kills a limping zombie in a ball of fire; a dozen army vehicles pull into the lot and soldiers run forward, kneel, and point rifles.
► A teen boy hears over a Walkie-Talkie that the army will drop a bomb on his town and he, two other teen boys, and a woman drive to two houses, searching for an address; they encounter zombies and kill one with a fireplace poker (lots of blood flow), cut off the head of an elderly woman zombie with a knife (some blood spills), and more zombies break in the windows of the houses and chase the people into a bedroom where a teen boy falls out a window, but another teen boy pulls him back inside; the zombies break down the door and chase the people who jump out a window and onto a trampoline where one teen boy punches a zombie unconscious and another teen boy grabs a part of a zombie (please see the Sex/Nudity category for more details) and falls safely to the ground.
► Searching an empty house, a young man feels something on his shoulder where we see cat paws and then a bloody-mouthed cat appears and hisses; a woman knocks the animal away with a frying pan and the camera cuts to a darkened room where we see the shining eyes of a dozen swaying zombie cats and we hear hissing.
► In an extended fight scene, two women and a man fight one another, using punches, kicks, body slams and slamming heads into walls. Two teen boys shove each other and shout loudly.
► Several scenes feature dozens of limping zombies with cracked skin and bloody mouths; a few have yellow or red eyes and stark white faces. Groups of zombies limp up and down streets at night, gather around homes and chase people through buildings and down streets. Some zombies use roller skates and an old zombie uses a mobility scooter.
► A teen boy's car has a flat tire, which he changes, but it falls off and when an older boy stops to help he throws something indeterminate into the first boy's face, leaving a red mark. A sleeping teen boy awakes, sits up, and hits his nose on the rear end of a boy standing over him; he rubs his nose and grimaces.
► Two teen boys and a woman lock themselves into a jail cell and zombies reach in with arms and hands and slobber at them; one boy carves a sharp stake and pokes the other boy, who yelps and they make a fishing line of tied together condoms and flip the cell key off a hook with the line, but drop it down a drain. A woman wears a tattoo of a handgun behind her ear and she says her ex-boyfriend was heavy into guns and taught her to shoot.
► An elderly woman hits long grass shears on a car window and yells at boys inside to tell their parents to keep their trashcans on the right side of the property line.
► A teen boy says another boy flatulates often. A teen boy sits on a toilet in a house and we see part of his bare thighs as he opens a window and waves his hand because of a bad smell and he flushes the toilet. A boy holds a water bottle to his groin and squirts a water stream into a freshly dug latrine trench. A teen boy plops a melted marshmallow onto another boy's forehead to look like a pimple. We hear that a scout sat on a cactus and the scout leader pulled out the needles. A teen boy says that humans taste like pork. During end credits, a zombie's severed head has bird poop fall on it and says, "Come on!"
