MPAA Rating: PG

Macaulay Culkin stars as the rich kid who has everything, but he must fend off bad guys who want to take it all away.

SEX/NUDITY 1 - There is one kiss between adults. Model Claudia Schiffer, wearing leotards, is Richie's workout instructor.

VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - A couple of kids poke each other with a fencing foil. A man is grabbed around the throat and roughed up -- off-camera. A man is threatened with a knife, and is knocked around a bit. Men are knocked down by a sack of dung, a plaster bust, and a banjo. There is a free-for-all, filled with punches. A bad guy slides off a mountain, where he is caught by a rope, and a man falls off a ladder onto a scaffold.

PROFANITY 2 - A mild curse word is uttered once. A scatological term is whispered once, and almost used again, but aborted in mid-syllable. [profanity glossary]

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Kidnapping, attempted murder.

MESSAGE - Money doesn't buy happiness.

(Note: A Road Runner cartoon precedes the film. It contains typical cartoonish violence.)
