Unlike the MPAA we do not assign one inscrutable rating based on age, but 3 objective ratings for SEX/NUDITY, VIOLENCE/GORE and PROFANITY on a scale of 0 to 10, from lowest to highest, depending on quantity and context.

MPAA Rating: PG

Two identical twin sisters conspire to reunite their mom and dad who never should have split. With Lindsay Lohan, Dennis Quaid and Natasha Richardson.

SEX/NUDITY 2 - Some romantic kissing and flirtations. A girl skinny dips after losing at poker (we see her bare shoulders and her silhouette as she goes into the water). A couple of scenes with seductively dressed women. A man is seen in a skimpy bathing suit.

VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A scene where a girl pierces the ear of another girl with a needle is quite explicit: we see the needle begin to go through the earlobe and both girls scream (there's no blood). Two girls fence with each other. Several sloppy, gooey, messy practical jokes are played on some girls and adults. A lizard crawls into a woman's mouth; she is visibly disgusted and spits it out. A woman is pushed out onto a lake on her air mattress while fast asleep. A man falls into a pool.

PROFANITY 1 - A couple of anatomical references and a few insults. [profanity glossary]

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Divorce, separation of siblings, gambling (poker), practical jokes, drunkenness.
