Paul Newman stars as a man down on his luck in a small
hard-luck town. The late Jessica Tandy and Melanie Griffith also star.
SEX/NUDITY 5 - Two scenes in which we see topless women -- one scene is a
quick flash, and the other involves a game of strip-poker in which it's implied that a man
is also naked but we only see him from the waist up. Lots of talk about sex, and jokes
about adultery and the male anatomy. No actual sex scenes.
VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - One scene in which one character punches another and
bloodies his nose. A few car chases and a scene involving a snarling dog.
PROFANITY 5 - The F-word is used a half a dozen times, as well as assorted

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Abandonment, lack of responsibility, revenge, adultery,
lying, alcoholism, senility, death.
