MPAA Rating: R

Based on a Stephen King novel about Satan, who shows up in a small Maine town and wreaks havoc by selling to every resident exactly what he or she needs.

SEX/NUDITY 3 - There are two brief sex scenes with some kissing, while the woman is shown in her underwear. Some cleavage, and a shot of a phallic objet d'art.

VIOLENCE/GORE 6 - Two women have a fight, with a knife and a cleaver. They eventually fall off a roof and both die. A couple of punching and kicking fights, a number of explosions, and several people are shot. A teenager attempts suicide by shooting himself in the head, but nothing is shown. There is also a scene of the bloody, skeletal remains of a skinned dog.
