Comedian Larry the Cable Guy (a.k.a. Daniel Lawrence Whitney) stars as a health inspector who's usual turf is inexpensive diners. Called to help solve a string of food poisonings taking place at the most expensive restaurants, just before a prestigious chefs' competition, he manages to wreak predictable havoc. Also with Joe Pantoliano, Joanna Cassidy, Iris Bahr and Megyn Price. Directed by Trent Cooper. [1:39]

SEX/NUDITY 4 - A man has a sexual dream and wakes with an erection.
 A topless woman with her bra around her waist and hands over her breasts approaches a man and a woman. A man looks in the window of a lingerie store where a woman is dressing mannequins, he motions to the woman to lower a bra strap off the shoulder of one of them, the woman does so, he motions to her to lift the bra to reveal the breasts, and she tries but she falls down.
 A man and a woman kiss, he lies her back on a sofa, climbs on top of her, and her arm is wrapped around his back (the scene ends there). A man and a woman kiss.
 A woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage and bare shoulders and a woman wears a low-cut top that reveals cleavage. A man's pants creep down in a few scenes and reveal his buttock cleavage. A man using the toilet has his pants down around his ankles and we se his bare legs and a bare hip. A man wears a woman's two-piece costume that reveals his bare abdomen.
 A man peeks through a hole in a wall to look at a woman's cleavage, and then asks her to rub his neck (she is his secretary).
 A woman in a crowded restaurant says, "I have breasts" and goes on to describe her nipples. A man accuses another man of "messing with my woman." A man says "I have sex alone." A woman makes a remark with a sexual implication about a man's fishing pole. A man makes several references to another man being accused of being homosexual. A man drops two Brussels sprouts off his plate and says, "I dropped my balls." A man makes a remark about a snow-cone vendor not wearing a bra. A sticker in a man's truck says, "I love Hooters."

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - A man and a woman fight, she shoves his head into a toilet, he hits her in the head with a changing table and she passes out. A woman slams a man's head on a desk and twists his arm behind his back.
 A woman kicks a syringe out of a woman's hand and they fight. A man punches a man in the throat and he gasps. A man is thrown into a pile of garbage.
 A man is hit in the crotch with a basketball twice and falls to the ground. A man hits himself in the head with a ball. A man slips and falls hard on a floor and we hear that he has a broken coccyx (tailbone).
 A man swings a knife at another man. A man threatens a man. A man grabs another man by the shirt and yells at him. A man yells at a man in many scenes, and a woman is abusive and insulting in several scenes.
 A man talks about a man shooting himself in the testicles. A man talks about a man having been stung in the testicles by a bee. A man talks about another man shaving a part of his anatomy with a rusty kitchen knife.
 Flies buzz around a counter in a restaurant: the man preparing food grabs his crotch, a fly lands in a container of mayonnaise, a torrent of bugs crawls out of a hole under the counter and customers run out screaming. A man sniffs the anus of a rat while holding it by the tail. A woman vomits, nearly hitting a man (we see the goo spray on a chair and hear her gag). Many people vomit outside a restaurant, and we see goo and hear splattering and gagging. A man cleans his ear with a swab, then puts the soiled swab back into the container. A man sits on the toilet, we see him thrashing and hear loud noises and splatters and he moans. A woman flatulates loudly, leaves the room and we hear loud splattering and moaning sounds coming from the bathroom. A man urinates in a shower (we see the stream and the urine pooling on the shower floor), and a man urinates in a shower and the stream hits his foot. A man spits tobacco juice in a cup and a bottle in several scenes. Many people in a restaurant flatulate loudly. A man flatulates loudly in many scenes throughout the movie.
 A man says he'd rather "dip French fries in my mother's open bed sores." A woman talks about pus in a wound. A woman has a large scar on her face.
 A bottle of tobacco juice is spilled on a table. A woman runs into a man carrying a tray of food, which is spilled on the floor. A man accidentally spills a beer in another man's lap. A man steps on a slice of pizza and it sticks to his foot.

LANGUAGE 5 - 1 not fully enunciated derivative of the F-word, 14 sexual remarks, 11 scatological terms, 38 anatomical terms, 35 mild obscenities, 9 insensitive references to a man confined to a wheelchair, 2 derogatory terms for the mentally handicapped, 4 derogatory terms for homosexuals, 2 derogatory terms for Caucasians (it turns out to be a man's name), name-calling (idiot, stupid), a couple of references to feminine hygiene products, 1 religious profanity, 9 religious exclamations.

SUBSTANCE USE - A man drinks many beers and appears drunk, people drink wine in a few restaurant scenes, people drink beer in a bar scene, and a man and a woman drink beer. A woman smokes a cigar and a man chews tobacco in several scenes.

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Health department regulations, dependence on foreign oil, breaking rules, foreign foods, sexual harassment, conspiracy, virginity, respect, sabotage, violence against homosexuals, teamwork, online sex, responsibility.

MESSAGE - Even the seemingly inept can get things accomplished.
