1 to 10

MPAA Rating: PG-13

Drama about a single father (Danny DeVito) trying to raise his two young sons (Robert J. Steinmiller, Jr. and Miko Hughes). A dispute with a racist neighbor threatens the family's safety and stability.

SEX/NUDITY 1 - Two rather quick kisses between the prepubescent lead and his same-age girlfriend.

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - DeVito is the host of the late night horror movie and we see him in gruesome makeup: in two scenes he sticks a meat cleaver in his head and it spurts fake blood. A child finds his dead grandmother but we don't witness the discovery. A boy is kidnapped and when returned, we see him slightly bruised in a hospital bed. A man falls out of a tree into a pack of Dobermans, and while nothing is seen, we hear the dogs growling and biting. There's a chase scene through a house, and two boys come to blows.
