SEX/NUDITY 2 - A little cleavage is shown, there is some kissing, and some sexual allusions.

VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - There are explosions and gun fire in military settings. There is no blood or gore, but we do see people falling down in the distance, presumably dead. Some punching.

PROFANITY 2 - One scatological term and several anatomical references. [profanity glossary]

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Homosexuality is alluded to, finding one's self.

MESSAGE - Be all that you can be in the Army. Never underestimate your potential. The army is a good place to find one's self.

A CAVEAT: We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and some of our early standards were not as stringent as they are now. We therefore need to revisit many older reviews, especially those written prior to 1998 or so; please keep this in mind if you're consulting a review from that period. INAPPROPRIATE ADS? We have little control over ads since we belong to ad agencies that serve ads automatically; a standing order should prevent provocative ads, but inappropriate ads do sneak in.
