In this fourth "Hellraiser," a man must atone for
the error of his ancestor.
SEX/NUDITY 5 - A naked, shackled man is lying on a bed while a naked woman
lays over him and kisses his body up and down (seen briefly and from a distance so not
much is evident. The only nudity is his chest and the sides of her breasts). One sex scene
during which we clearly see a woman's breasts and the top of her buttocks.
VIOLENCE/GORE 9 - A few explosions (flesh explodes a couple of times).
Deformed demons, a woman is strangled, an autopsy with an arm being carved and a chest and
abdomen opened up and a woman is skinned. People with blood on their faces, bodies and
hands. A man with a bloody body and torn mouth, hooks fly into people and tug at their
bleeding bodies as they scream -- a man's face is torn off by hooks. A woman cuts a man's
face many times and then digs into his cheek as he screams. Beating hearts are pulled out
of people's bodies. Two bloody decapitations.
PROFANITY 5 - About 5 F-words, a handful of scatological references, a few
