MPAA Rating: PG-13

Comedy about greedy, back-stabbing relatives. Kirk Douglas, Michael J. Fox, Phil Hartman, Olivia d'Abo.

SEX/NUDITY 3 - Fox is shown nude from the back with two lingering close-ups of his tattooed behind, and Olivia d'Abo spends most of the film in revealing outfits (short shorts, bikinis, etc.).

VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - Relatives double-cross each other, Douglas and Fox wrestle in a pool and Fox goes under gasping for breath twice; it's mainly played for laughs. Phil Hartman threatens to kill d'Abo if she won't leave Douglas. And, there are a few fistfights between the relatives, with no apparent injuries.

PROFANITY 5 - One F-word, about eight scatological references, a few mild profanities, and a handful of derogatory sexual terms are heard. [profanity glossary]

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Wealth, back-stabbing, greed, taking care of elderly relatives, bankruptcy.

MESSAGE - It's wrong to love someone only for their money; you should take care of elderly relatives.

INAPPROPRIATE ADS? We have little control over ads since we belong to ad agencies that serve ads automatically; a standing order should prevent provocative ads, but inappropriate ads do sneak in.
