1 to 10

MPAA Rating: PG-13

Patrick Swayze stars as a two-bit hood who takes his two kids out of a brutal home for juveniles and runs away.

SEX/NUDITY 1 - No nudity (except for Swayze's chest). Some talk of sex and references to child sexual abuse.

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - There's a lot of gun waving (Swayze seems to keep a gun on him at all times, and displays it throughout the movie), but there are few shooting scenes. A man is killed in a violent confrontation with mobsters. Cops shoot at the main characters a few times. There are lots of car crashes, but without serious injuries.
