Unlike the MPAA we do not assign one inscrutable rating based on age, but 3 objective ratings for SEX/NUDITY, VIOLENCE/GORE and PROFANITY on a scale of 0 to 10, from lowest to highest, depending on quantity and context.

MPAA Rating: R

SEX/NUDITY 4 - Discussions of sex (including homosexuality). A man and woman attempt to have sex. A woman attempts to seduce a man. A woman in a peep show is shown in her bra. A sex scene with no visible nudity but brief sexual movements.

VIOLENCE/GORE 7 - A man has a seizure. A woman is murdered and cut in half (this act is hidden by a bathtub, but his bloody hands are seen). A suggestion that a rape occurred.
