The President has a stroke and unwilling to relinquish
control to the Vice President, the power-hungry Chief of Staff (Frank Langella) decides to
keep things quiet by replacing the president with a look-alike. He enlists the help of
well-meaning Dave Kovic (Kevin Kline).
