A con man (Edward Burns) is in deep trouble when it turns out that his latest mark, an accountant, is
actually an accountant for a criminal kingpin (Dustin Hoffman). Having to repay the debt to the mobster, the con man and his crew agree to

breaks. A man head-butts another man in the face. Two men hold guns on each other and exchange threats. A man grabs and punches another
man repeatedly, and another man holds a gun on four other men. A man slaps a man on the face, a man slaps a man on the head, a man is
kicked and he falls to the ground. A woman walks into a street and is nearly hit by a car. People talk about a man having drowned, we hear
about a man having been chained in a bathroom for five days, a man talks about having been shot. We see a woman pick up an axe, she swings
it down and we hear about the tale of Lizzie Borden and the murder of her parents. Men argue and yell at each other in several scenes. A
man is shoved against a wall and searched. We see a suitcase of money sprayed with blood. A man has a bloodstained shirt after having shot
a man, a man has a bruised cheek, and a man has a burn scar on his arm (he explains that he was burned by a cigar).
