SEX/NUDITY 2 - A few kisses (some passionate, and some chaste), tight clothing with short skirts, sexual innuendo and some graphic sexual talk (about virginity). A girl has to fight off a guy's advances; he is hugging and trying to kiss her.

VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - Mainly played for laughs: reckless car driving, a girl is briefly knocked out by being accidentally hit in the head, a girl falls down some steps, a girl falls out of bed, yelling between people, two guys hold a girl over a railing and she is screaming for help, a girl is mugged at gunpoint, and a girl fights off a guy's amorous advances.

PROFANITY 3 - Approximately ten scatological terms, and a few milder obscenities. [profanity glossary]

A CAVEAT: We've gone through several editorial changes since we started covering films in 1992 and some of our early standards were not as stringent as they are now. INAPPROPRIATE ADS? We have little control over ads since we belong to ad agencies that serve ads automatically; a standing order should prevent provocative ads, but inappropriate ads do sneak in.
