Damon Wayans is a police officer and Adam Sandler is a state's witness in this buddy action/comedy.

SEX/NUDITY 4 - Sexual innuendo. We see Sandler's bare buttocks and a scantily clad dancer in a stripclub. Porno films in the background on television have moaning, a brief shot of bare breasts, a woman bouncing up and down on a man and a man performing oral sex on a woman.

VIOLENCE/GORE 8 - Reckless driving and flying, falls, explosions, two men are thrown from a moving car. Fistfights and scuffles which sometimes result in bloody faces (noses and mouths), a handful of shootouts primarily with automatic weapons with jerking bodies and sometimes bloody torso and head wounds. A man is shot through the eye which results in a bloody wound.

PROFANITY 9 - 25+ F-words, many scatological references, many anatomical references and some mild obscenities. [profanity glossary]

DISCUSSION TOPICS - Undercover police work, drug dealing, witness protection plans, betrayal.
