Martin Lawrence reprises his role as FBI agent Malcolm Turner, who is able with the aid of a rubber suit to convincingly disguise himself as an elderly, rotund woman. This time he is working a desk job at his request, since he's married and expecting a baby. But when his former partner is killed during an investigation, Malcolm dons his Big Momma suit and goes undercover to find the killers. Also with Nia Long, Zachary Levi, Emily Procter and Mark Moses. SEX/NUDITY 4 - An underage girl goes to a dance club and we see young men and young women dancing suggestively. Several girls and a man disguised as a woman perform in a cheerleading competition and they dance with wiggling and thrusting hips. A man disguised as a woman teaches girls to dance by wiggling and thrusting their hips.
 During a chase sequence a man disguised as a woman rides a Segway scooter close to several women in bikinis and the handle bar snags their tops, pulling them off (the women scream and we see their bare shoulders as the tops pull away; nothing else is visible). A woman wearing bra and panties asks a man disguised as a woman to help her unfasten her bra, and she pushes her breasts together to try to help him, and he turns away. Several women wear bras and panties in a locker room scene and a man disguised as a woman admires them. Several women walk through a spa wearing short skirts and low-cut tops that reveal cleavage and bare legs and abdomens; also, there are several women wrapped in towels or wearing robes while being massaged or having spa treatments, and one woman sits in a mud bath up to her shoulders (her cleavage is visible). Three women wear low-cut dresses that reveal cleavage, two women wear low-cut tops that reveal cleavage in several scenes, and people on a beach wear swimsuits of varying sizes.
 A man plays with the breasts of a costume and asks a man what they are made out of. A man disguised as a woman wears a swimsuit that reveals cleavage and part of his bare buttocks when the suit rides up in the back. We see a man wearing an open robe that reveals his bare chest preparing to get into bed with his wife, who is asleep. When going through a security check a man disguised as a woman begins to unbutton his dress to show a man that he is wearing an underwire bra.
 A man disguised as a woman stands on crates above a man who looks up his skirt and reacts with alarm, and the man disguised as a woman makes a comment about wearing a thong.
 A husband and wife kiss.
 A husband talks to his wife about her being "naked" when he agreed to something. A man disguised as a woman talks about another woman being a nudist and being the cause of a marriage breaking up. A woman is very angry when she suspects that her husband is having an affair. A man disguised as a woman says, "I feel sexy."

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - We see someone being shot (it is dark and difficult to make out who it is) and being pushed off a pier, into water. A man is shot at and the bullet hits a case he is carrying but he is knocked to the floor. A man shoots at a man, and a man disguised as a woman jumps in front of him and is struck instead (he is OK).
 A man disguised as a woman chases a young man through a crowded boardwalk, knocks another man off a Segway scooter and takes it, using it to race after the young man, crashes into a table and slides across it, pulls a gun, and the young man jumps over a pier, crashing onto a boat below (we see the young man slightly twisted and we understand that he is dead). We see divers pulling a body out of water (no detail is evident).
 A man disguised as a woman beats up another man with punches and a kick. A man disguised as a woman hits a man in the face with a piece of wood and knocks him out. A man disguised as a woman jumps off of a pile of crates and onto a man knocking him out.
 Two men hold guns on a man disguised as a woman and a girl. A man disguised as a woman pulls a gun out.
 A man disguised a s a woman and a girl are tied up and put in the back of a van, as the van races the two roll back and forth and the girl complains of the pain when the man disguised as a woman rolls on top of her. A man disguised as a woman jumps off crates and onto the hood of a speeding car, the car stops and he is thrown.
 A girl is pushed to the floor by other girls who then laugh at her. A boy jumps off a bunk bed and lands flat on the floor a couple of times, jumps off a refrigerator and onto the floor, jumps off a play fort and into a sandbox, and jumps from a tower of cheerleaders and lands on a man disguised as a woman.
 A man disguised as a woman falls off a stool and onto the floor. A girl practices cheerleading steps and kicks a dresser knocking it over.
 A woman confronts a man disguised as a woman, accuses him of stealing her man, and tries to punch him but punches another man instead, and then collapses on the floor.
 We hear that a police officer was killed. We hear that a dog was killed in a chipper accident and that another dog has been depressed ever since. A woman confronts her husband about lying to her and yells at him. A woman is very angry when she suspects her husband is lying to her.
 A man disguised as a woman steps on a small dog and the dog yelps. A dog is blown across the room by a leaf blower (he does not appear to be injured).
 A boy eats a scouring pad, and a boy eats sand. A man disguised as a woman carries a soiled diaper in his hand and hands it to a man. A man disguised as a woman eats cucumber slices that are covered with eucalyptus sap and he spits them out and gags. A dog flatulates in a van and a man and a boy inside react to the smell.
 A man wearing an eagle costume catches fire while performing on stage, another man jumps on the first man trying to put out the flames, knocks him to the floor and knocks down scenery. Hot stones are placed on the back of a man dressed like a woman and they melt through his rubber costume; he complains about the heat and jumps into a nearby pool of mud splashing the other women around him.
 A man disguised as a woman tells a teenage girl that she carries mace (threatening that she will spray a boy who is much older than the girl, if he comes around her).
