MPAA Rating: G

Animated comedic action/adventure with a romantic subplot, inspired by the fairy-tale character. Robin Williams voices the Genie.

SEX/NUDITY 1 - Three Disney kisses. Two between the Princess and Aladdin and one between the Princess and the evil Jafar. The princess is drawn rather seductively, with a little cleavage and an exposed midriff. And she does flaunt her curvy figure.

VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - Although an animated feature, some of the scenes contain some realistic looking violence which may scare younger kids. A huge lion head -- it's supposed to be a cave -- comes alive and gobbles up a thief who goes inside. Aladdin is threatened by guards brandishing swords a number of times. Aladdin and his monkey and magic carpet are trapped in the cave of wonders when it is flooded with lava. Jafar turns into a huge snake and begins squeezing Aladdin. The Sultan is chained and is being tortured by being force-fed crackers by Jafar's parrot. A guard almost cuts off the princess's hand.
