Romantic sparks fly between a wealthy businessman (Pierce
Brosnan) who stole a Monet painting and a bounty hunter (Rene Russo) hired to retrieve it.
Also with Faye Dunaway, Denis Leary, Esther Canadas and Mischa Hausserman. [1:49]
SEX/NUDITY 7 - Mild sexual innuendo and flirtation; several kisses, some
passionate. A woman's dress drops to the floor and we see her bare shoulders as she
takes a man's shirt off; we then see them having intercourse in various places around
a house (there's little movement or sound; his bare backside and her bare breasts are
visible several times throughout the scene). A man and woman share a sensual dance. From
the side, we see a nude woman lying on a nude man's back as they talk in bed. A
woman's breasts and bare backside are visible underneath her sheer dress; also, we
see -- in non-sexual scenes -- a man's bare chest and back, a woman's bare
breasts as she sunbathes and a woman's bare back and the side of her breasts. A few
times we see bare breasts on a nude statue; we also see a painting of a nude couple
embracing (his bare backside and her breast are visible). Part of a woman's bare
upper thigh is seen through a slit in her skirt.
VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A man is shocked by an electrical wire (we see some sparks
flying around his body) but isn't injured; another man is shocked with what looks
like a cattle prod (he loses consciousness and falls to the ground, but is later okay). A
man is nearly hit with a car. A man pushes a boy out of his way and in a few scenes people
shove their way through a crowded museum. A woman struggles to break free from a man as he
kisses and embraces her.
PROFANITY 6 - About 4 F-words, many scatological references, many mild
obscenities and some insults. [profanity glossary]
DISCUSSION TOPICS - Art theft, billionaires, bounty hunters, trust, deception,
falling in love.
MESSAGE - You can never predict the actions of someone who enjoys deceiving
others.
