inscrutable rating based on age, but 3 objective ratings for SEX/NUDITY, VIOLENCE/GORE
and PROFANITY on a scale of 0 to 10, from lowest to highest,
depending on quantity and context.
Animated feature about two con men who find themselves on
an adventure to the fabled El Dorado where they seek their fortune and end up being
mistaken as gods. With the voices of Kevin Kline, Armand Assante, Kenneth Branagh, Edward
James Olmos and Rosie Perez. [1:29]
SEX/NUDITY 2 - Two men are seen naked from the back. A very voluptuous woman
is scantily clad exposing some cleavage and lots of hip. There's an implied seduction
(we leave the couple while they are massaging each other's shoulders) and a couple is
interrupted while smooching (we hear some smacks).
VIOLENCE/GORE 3 - A man slices his hand with a knife and blood drips from
the wound and a man has a bloody gash on his forehead. A man is pushed into a fiery
brewing potion. A huge stone creature comes to life. It has glaring green eyes and chases
and steps on people; it is also shown with a person in his mouth (he eats him offscreen).
In one scene someone is almost sacrificed and there are a couple of discussions about
sacrifice and torture. A mystic conjures up some scary looking snakes, spiders and rats
that disappear in a puff. Two men shove each other around, argue and end up in a sword
fight (just for show). They are also chased by an angry bull, a crowd, and several guards,
are shot at with arrows and end up jumping into barrels of water. We see two men locked in
shackles and they are threatened with flogging. A man bangs his head against a beam
repeatedly. A ship crashes into stone gates, and a horse jumps off a ship into the sea. A
rowboat capsizes dumping two men into the water and there's a struggle in very rough
waters to stay afloat. A shark eats a seagull off the end of a boat. We see a man with
leeches all over his back and a piranha attaches itself to a man's bottom. Two men
and a horse fall from a cliff and land hard on the ground. A woman runs from a crowd armed
with spears and a man is dragged away by soldiers. A volcano begins to erupt but then
stops. A couple of face punches and slaps.

PROFANITY 1 - Two mild profanities and an obvious reference to a
