The police chief of Banyon Key, Florida, (Denzel Washington) finds himself in a bad situation that's quickly getting worse when he tries to help his lover (Sanaa Lathan), only to find out that she's never cared for him and is ready to betray him. Hounded by the DEA when they're looking for evidence money that he "borrowed," as well as his estranged wife, he's quickly running out of options. Also with Eva Mendes, Dean Cain and John Billingsley. Directed by Carl Franklin. [1:45]

A man puts his hand around a woman's neck, pushes her back onto a bed, they kiss, he rips her top off (we see her in a bra), they kiss, she climbs on top of him, she kisses down his chest to (presumably) perform oral sex. Two men have a heated conversation about someone having an affair with one of their wives. A man makes a reference to another man being the "love child" of two men. Women wear tight, low-cut and short tops that reveal cleavage and bare abdomens. We see many women in bikinis near a beach.

VIOLENCE/GORE 5 - A man tackles another man, they struggle over a gun, they fight with punches and kicks, they crash through a window and fall over a balcony grabbing on before falling down; the balcony begins to break away from the building, the two men continue to kick and punch each other, and one falls to the ground below (we hear a thud and see him lying motionless). A character is shot in the side and falls to the ground dead. A woman hits her head on a ledge and we see a bloody gash on her cheek. A house bursts into flames and we see two charred bodies in the smoldering rubble. A man shoves a woman against a door, glass breaks and we hear her scream. A police officer, with a gun drawn, kicks a door down. A man is chased by police, he knocks a woman down and spills a hotel cart, and he is nearly caught a few times (it's a tense scene). A man threatens to kill a man. Two men yell at each other on the telephone and one threatens the other. A woman yells in frustration and throws a clock against a wall (it breaks).
