Jamie Kennedy stars as a young man from Malibu, California, who struggles to find out who he really is: Is
he white and suburban, a rapper wannabe, or is he truly the freshest gangsta rap artist around? His father (Ryan O'Neal) who's running for
public office wants to avoid any embarrassment and hires two trained actors (Anthony Anderson and Taye Diggs) to pose as "real life

introductory montage. A young man is shot in the buttock by a spear gun (he pulls out the spear and we see a bit of blood). A young man
shoots himself in the foot (we see a hole in his sneaker and he hops round screaming). A young woman is shot with a musket (she is wearing
a chest plate and we see the ball lodged in the metal). Two cars full of young men drive by shooting their guns at another group of young
men, one of whom stands on the roof of a car and shoots back repeatedly at them (no one is hit, but the cars are riddled). Two groups hold
guns on each other. A man holds a gun to the chest of a young man. After a car jacking a young man is shoved by a man with a gun into the
trunk of the car. A young man is punched and a young man is shoved into a crowd of people who carry and dump him into a dumpster. A young
man is grabbed by the throat and held against a railing. A young man is hit on the head with a microphone. A man, a woman and a boy hold
guns on a young man. Two cars drive into a house breaking down walls. A grenade is shot into a house, people run out and the house
explodes. A young man grabs a young woman's arm roughly and yells at her. Two men practice holding each other up with fake guns. A young
man and a young woman yell at and insult each other. Two young men shove and yell at each other, and two men yell at each other. A young
man yells at a woman. A woman in a horror movie is followed by a man with a large knife. A young man opens a case with an RPG in it and
says it's from "Uncle Ahmed." Some criminal incidents are fake unbeknownst to the victim: Two men car jack a young man and young woman,
yell at them and hold them at gunpoint, a man holds a knife to a young man's neck and threatens to cut him, two men threaten to kill a
young man and a man shoves a young man against a car and threatens him with a gun.
