VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A bit of blood resulting from a bicycle accident: the son gets in a bike accident after a seizure and ends up needing stitches. His eventual deterioration could be disturbing.
LANGUAGE 1 - One harsh, but not profane expletive is unleashed.
DISCUSSION TOPICS - The promotion of information about ALD is a positive byproduct of this film. The lethargy of bureaucracies.
MESSAGE - People can accomplish wonders through perseverance. In life you have to be prepared to take care of your own problems. Life can be unfair, but there's always hope.
