Strangers Sandra Bullock and Ben Affleck encounter numerous
mishaps while traveling to Georgia for her business meeting and his wedding to Maura
Tierney. Also with Steve Zahn, Blythe Danner, Ronny Cox, Joe Don Baker, Jack Kehler,
Meredith Scott Lynn and David Strickland.
SEX/NUDITY 5 - Lots of sexual innuendo. Kissing, often passionately. We see
a clothed couple kissing and cuddling in bed and a clothed man lying on top of a clothed
woman, kissing her. A woman wearing a bra and thong underwear (we see her bare backside)
dances suggestively in front of a group of men; she also stands on her head, spreads her
legs in front of a man, wraps her legs around his neck and then pulls herself up from the
floor onto his shoulders, putting her crotch in his face. For a strip-tease act, a woman
undresses a man down to his boxers in front of many other men (we see a bit of his bare
chest as he opens and closes his unbuttoned shirt). We briefly see a woman's bare calves,
back, stomach and shoulders as she undresses and bathes, and we see a woman in her bra and
panties and a woman wearing some cleavage-revealing tops.
VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - Two men have heart attacks; one clutches his chest and
falls to the ground and the other simply passes out. We briefly see a film clip of a man
being gored during a bullfight (no blood is visible). While a plane is taxiing down a
runway, a bird is sucked into its engine; the plane loses control and eventually crashes
into a sign (the passengers aren't seriously injured, though we later see a few people
with bandages on their heads). A woman is accidentally hit with a laptop computer and gets
a slightly bloody bump on her forehead. During a scuffle, a man punches a man in the
stomach, a man slaps another, and a man pushes a woman. A tree limb is struck by
lightening and nearly hits some people. We see a building engulfed in flames.
