Based on Walt Disney's Country Bear Jamboree, this is the story of a young cub (voiced by Haley Joel Osment) who's finding it increasingly difficult to fit into his adoptive human family. The one thing that helps him get through his unhappy days is the music of The Country Bears. After getting advice from his father, he decides to venture to Country Bear Hall hoping he'll find some meaning to his life. There are many cameos by music notables like Elton John, Queen Latifah and Willie Nelson. Also with Christopher Walken, Diedrich Bader, Julianne Buescher and Charles S. Dutton. [1:25]

SEX/NUDITY 1 - A man is shown in his shirt, tie, vest and boxer shorts. Young women wear tight-fitting outfits that reveal cleavage, bare abdomens, bare shoulders and thighs. A man unbuttons his shirt down to his undershirt. Men and women dance while singing songs a couple of times. A male and female bear hug. Some love, longing for love, and losing love songs are performed.

VIOLENCE/GORE 2 - A man with a gun and tranquilizer darts threatens some bears and locks them in a "cage." A boy is verbally abusive to his adopted brother (who happens to be a bear cub). A boy hits a bear with a chair. A bear punches a bear in the face and he falls to the ground. A bear threatens a man. A police officer describes the scary situation that a supposedly kidnapped "boy" could be in (the bears would drag him to their lair, etc.). Two men are dragged out of their car when they open their windows in a car wash; they are rolled through the brushes, sprayed with soap, dumped onto the hood of the car, dragged over the roof and trunk of the car, sprayed with hot wax, blown into the air by the air dryer and they land hard on the ground when it stops blowing. A man drives a van recklessly while towing an open boat with a bear in it who is almost tossed out of the boat, almost hit by an oncoming truck, is dragged through tree branches and eventually the van crashes into a ditch which sends the boat sailing through the air and it crashes into a warehouse, skids across the floor and runs into a metal fence knocking it down. A man and a bear challenge each other to a duel (with their instruments). The bears prepare to eat whole raw fish in a couple of scenes. A man smacks a boy on the head with a newspaper several times. A man repeatedly crushes wooden models of a music hall with a heavy metal wrecking pyramid. The police chase a bus full of bears. A bear pounds on a desk in frustration. A rickety barn collapses. We see a couple of scenes of a boy playing underarm "music."
