Under the directives of Fearless Leader (Robert De Niro), Boris Badenov (Jason Alexander) and Natasha Fatale (Rene Russo) are back to take over the world, but Rocky and Bullwinkle refuse to let that happen. SEX/NUDITY 2 - A woman kisses a squirrel. Some flirtation. A woman opens her coat and reveals she's wearing tight shorts and a bikini top. A man and woman are in a tub together and we see their bare shoulders.

VIOLENCE/GORE 4 - Nearly all played for laughs, most of it involving animated characters. A woman and a squirrel are electrocuted in an electric chair and turned into vegetables, a cartoon character is zapped by a bolt of electricity and then vanishes, an animal is squashed by a tree, a moose throws one man through a wall and another man through a window, a truck runs into a moose and a squirrel (neither is hurt), a bus flattens a moose and a squirrel (both survive, unscathed), a moose and a squirrel are blown away by a tornado-like light beam, a squirrel jumps off a tower and falls on the ground (it's shaken but not hurt), a car runs into a wall and lodges a moose into the wall, a moose is hit by what appears to be a flying playing card, a moose is fed through a fax machine (and subsequently flattened), and a moose hits its antlers on a door frame. A woman elbows a man in the chest and knocks him down, a woman throws a pan at a man (we hear him say "ouch" but we don't see the pan actually hit him), a man falls off a water tower onto a group of people and then a laptop computer falls on his head, a man and woman fall from the air and land on a man, a woman falls from an airplane but is saved before hitting the ground, a woman jumps out of a moving car, a few men are crushed by a falling wall, and film reels fall on people. A car runs into a wall and explodes upon collision, a car runs off a cliff and explodes, several sticks of dynamite explode and almost blow up a car, a truck wrecks and rolls over on two wheels, a helicopter hits a car and rips off its windshield, an airplane flies through a billboard, another airplane crashes into the ground, and a steel safe drops from the sky and almost hits a moving car. We see a knife scar on a man's cheek throughout the movie.
