The MPAA rating has been assigned for “language and sexual content throughout, and some drug material.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes a few sex scenes with partial nudity, references to infidelity and sadomasochism, women’s outfits that reveal cleavage and a man’s outfit that reveals the outline of his genitals, a couple of bumps on the head that cause unconsciousness and a bruised forehead, and 45 F-words. Male sports agents do their best to marginalize a female colleague (Taraji P. Henson), until she ingests a magical potion that allows her to hear men’s inner thoughts. What Men Want SEX/NUDITY 7

 – A man and a woman kiss as they go into an apartment and end up in a bed with the woman thrusting wildly on top of the man (we see his bare chest and she is wearing a bra that reveals cleavage, bare abdomen and back); the woman presses on the man’s face, slaps his face and puts her hands around his neck as he protests, but she continues to thrust. A woman kisses a man in an elevator and pushes him against the doors, he picks her up and they run down a hall to his apartment where they continue to kiss and she goes to the bathroom where she shaves her pubic hair with his electric razor (we do not see the area), and then goes to find him wearing a leather mask and briefs and chained into a hanging chair apparatus (she runs away). A man and a woman kiss in a bar and we later see them kissing in bed; the woman climbs on the man and straddles him and thrusts but he stops her, they kiss tenderly and he moves on top of her (sex is implied and we later see them covered by sheets with the man’s bare chest shown and the woman’s cleavage visible).
 Two women wearing skimpy outfits that reveal cleavage, bare abdomens, backs and legs dance on a stage in a club and we see them thrusting their hips and gyrating. We see a sales video that includes images of women wearing bikinis that reveal cleavage and bare buttocks dancing around a young man and making suggestive gestures. A woman smacks a man on the clothed buttocks. A man holds a woman by the hips and on the hand while showing her how to play pool. A man picks a woman up and spins her around. A man picks another man up and spins him around.
 A woman goes to work with a used condom stuck to the back of her jacket and she tells a man to get rid of it; he removes it using a handkerchief and puts it in his jacket pocket while making a disgusted face. A young boy wakes his father and a woman in bed together and the boy is wearing the woman’s thong underwear on his head. A woman blows up a large genital shaped balloon and carries it onto a crowded dance floor at a club. Several women wear necklaces that have genital shaped items on them.
 A woman wears tight-fitting exercise clothing that accentuates her curves. A man wears tight-fitting exercise clothing that reveals the outline of his genitals. A woman’s skirt is slit in the front and reveals her leg to the upper thigh in several scenes. Women wear low-cut tops and dresses that reveal cleavage in many scenes throughout the movie. A man wearing boxers gets out of bed and we see his bare chest, abdomen and back. A woman sits on a toilet (we see her bare thighs and hear no sounds). A woman wears a dress with a cutout in the back that reveals a part of her bare back. A woman wears an off-the-shoulder top that reveals cleavage and her bare shoulder.
 A woman asks how her buttocks look in a skirt and a man says, “Tight at a snare drum.” A woman tells a man, “Just because you’re gay…” A man makes a comment about a woman dying her hair with semen. We overhear a man saying that he is wearing women’s underwear. We overhear a man asking, “How did she get pregnant?” A woman makes reference to a one-night-stand. A man and woman flirt at a bar and she gives him a taste of her cocktail from her straw. A woman thinks a man is making advances on her when he is actually making advances on another man. A man engaged to a woman flirts with another woman at a bar and we overhear his interest in having sex with her (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details). A man says to another man, “That’s so hot” after hearing that he has been made an agent. A woman tells a crowded church at a wedding that the groom has been unfaithful to his fiancée and that another man has had an affair with another man. A man in a conference room with other men talks about a sexual encounter with a woman whose name he did not know and changes the subject when a woman enters the room. A man and a woman admire a man as he gets on an elevator. A woman refers to a man with a sexually suggestive nickname in a few scenes. We overhear an elderly man making a remark about wanting to have had sex with someone before getting married as he turns to watch a much younger woman walk by. We overhear a man talking about dating strippers. We overhear a man saying how long his Viagra has lasted. We overhear a man saying that he wants to freeze his sperm and have baby ice cubes.

What Men Want VIOLENCE/GORE 2

 - A woman is pushed on a dance floor and she falls onto a stage where she hits her head hard and falls back onto the floor unconscious (we see her bruised forehead later in the hospital). A woman spars with a man in a boxing ring and she yells about frustrations at her job; when the man drops his hands, the woman punches him in the stomach. A man engaged to a woman flirts with another woman at a bar and we overhear his interest in having sex with her until a woman hits him in the crotch with a pool cue. After revealing infidelities, several people argue and fight on the altar of a church during a wedding and a woman is struck in the head with a vase and falls to the floor unconscious. A woman catches a football thrown to a man and lands on a table, and then kicks her feet in the air as the man throwing the ball tells her it was not intended for her.
 A man yells on the phone in several scenes and makes several threats of violence. A woman yells and argues on the phone in a couple of scenes. A man tells a woman that she is not "entitled" to a promotion and that she does not connect with men. A reference is made to someone having "baggage." A woman overhears a doctor complaining about a man having electrocuted himself by putting a hair dryer in his anus while in the shower. A man and a woman scream in a car until the man pulls over to the curb. We overhear a man says, "These piercings hurt." A man makes a comment about President Richard Nixon shooting and eating a panda.
 A woman goes to work with a used condom stuck to the back of her jacket and she tells a man to get rid of it; he removes it using a handkerchief and puts it in his jacket pocket while making a disgusted face. A woman sits on a toilet (we see her bare thighs and hear no sounds). A woman sips from a cup of tea that she says smells horrible and she gags (her vision becomes blurred). A character says that something smells like gonorrhea. A man flatulates and other people in the room react to the smell. A man says that sometimes his son gets diarrhea from smoothies that he drinks.

 - A woman says that she is 19 years sober except for the weed and peyote and crack, a woman drinks a tea that apparently contains marijuana and ecstasy, a woman asks a nurse in an emergency room for drugs to help her and her friends recover from hangovers (the nurse refuses), a man says that he went to detox, and a woman overhears a doctor saying "no more drinking at work, only cocaine." People are shown drinking in a few bar scenes, a man at a bar makes a woman a special cocktail that she drinks and shares with him, a reference is made to day drinking, people in a club drink several alcoholic beverages quickly, women drink cocktails and shots of tequila at a restaurant, a man says that a woman smells like whiskey and cigars and that it is sexy, people drink champagne in an office, and a woman's blouse is shown stained with wine.
