The MPAA rating has been assigned for “for action/violence, language and some suggestive material.” The Kids-In-Mind.com evaluation includes a few heavy flirting and attempted seduction scenes, many outfits that reveal cleavage, bare abdomens, legs to the lower buttocks, and several scenes of sexist remarks and actions; many scenes of fighting using guns and hand-to-hand combat with some ending in death and bloody wounds; and at least 1 audible F-word and other strong language. Charlie’s Angels SEX/NUDITY 3

 – A woman’s tight-fitting top reveals nipples through the fabric. Women wear low-cut tops and dresses that reveal cleavage and bare shoulders in many scenes throughout the movie, as well as short skirts and shorts that show bare legs to the upper thighs. A woman wears a crop top and leggings that reveal cleavage, bare abdomen and the outline of her figure. A woman wears a sweater that reveals her bare legs to the upper thighs. A woman wears a workout outfit that includes short shorts and a tight-fitting tank (cleavage and bare legs to the lower buttocks are seen). During several fighting sequences, women’s skirts flip up to reveal legs and leotard bottoms. A calendar shows a photo of a woman with cleavage visible. We see a van filled with women’s hygiene products.
► A woman leans close to a man and speaks seductively to him (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details). A man feeds a woman a grape and she suggestively puts his finger in her mouth. A woman takes off her shoes and puts her feet in a man’s lap and he caresses her bare leg (we see her bare leg to the upper thigh).
► A man touches a woman’s hand as he speaks to her in a dismissive manner. A man and a woman discuss what women can and cannot do. A man refers to a device and that, “Comes in pink for the ladies.” A man tells a woman, “Don’t forget to smile” in a condescending manner. A woman talks about a man and says, “He flirted with me.” A woman talks about caring for unwed mothers. Many men and women at a party dance to the song, “Bad Girls” with gyrating hips and thrusting.

Charlie’s Angels VIOLENCE/GORE 5

 – A woman fights with a man with punches and kicks, he is slammed into glass and she holds him with a knife to his neck, slashes him on the leg with the knife a couple of times (blood spurts) and the man is thrown over a balcony and he is impaled on an ice sculpture in a crowded party (we see ice poking through his chest and blood drips down his arm) as people stand around and scream. A man tells another man to demonstrate a device and the second man asks, “You want me to kill somebody?” and he refuses to do so; another man shoots him in the head (blood sprays). A woman is shot in the chest and falls to the ground (presumably dead).
► Two cars race through crowded city streets shooting at each other and avoiding obstacles: one woman dangles out the door of her vehicle to shoot out the tires of the other vehicle and we later see that the driver has been shot in the neck (blood is on his clothing) and the car is pushed off a landing and into water where it sinks and two of the three people surface (people later toast to the dead man). A device overloads and when it explodes, a man is struck by an energy wave that causes him to twitch and fall to the floor where he lies dead. A woman shoots two men in the neck with darts that render them unconscious and one man stumbles and falls over a railing (we hear a splat when he lands on the ground); gunfire rings out between two groups.
► A man in a café draws a gun and fights with a woman with punching and kicking and the gun is discharged but no one is harmed; the woman breaks a glass on the man and it shatters, they each kick café tables toward each other and he grabs her around the neck and head-butts her. A woman fights with a man and hits him in the face, abdomen and leg causing him to fall to the ground; he fights back picking her up and slamming her into a vent and a wall. A man and a woman fight on a rock conveyor belt and fall into a crushing machine where we eventually see the man being crushed (his legs are drawn into the crusher and he yells). A man and woman fight and shoot at each other, they dangle from a pipe outside a building and kick each other until the man gets away and the woman goes to help a colleague. A woman on a motorcycle skids into a man standing on a bridge and the man falls but gets up and blows up his vehicle throwing the woman through the air (she is OK later).
► A woman leans close to a man and speaks seductively to him (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details) as she wraps a curtain around his head and hand pulling his hands close to his face and eventually spinning around and drawing the fabric around his neck; he gasps as she pulls him off his chair, they fight with punches and throws, and she straddles his head with her legs and hits him with her elbow a few times; another woman enters a room and she and the first woman fight with several armed men in the room punching and kicking (we see the men bound and writhing on the floor later). A woman is followed into a bathroom by an armed guard and she pulls him into a stall and beats him against the walls until he falls unconscious; when he regains consciousness she smears hand soap in his eyes to incapacitate him (he screams). A security detail in a building follows a woman in disguise that repeatedly eludes them until they surround a woman that they think is her and hold her at gunpoint. A man leans near a woman and she bites his ear (we see blood on his thumb after he touches the wound and then he licks the blood from his finger). A man puts a heavy metal collar with a chain on a woman’s neck and pulls on it sharply a few times.
► A building explodes and we see rubble and flames and a woman drags herself outside while holding her head and ears; another woman finds a third woman unconscious and carries her outside. Four women steal a car and follow another vehicle. Several women stake out a crowded horse derby track and when they see their target, one woman shoots a drugged dart into a man’s neck, and other men get into a car and speed away chased by a woman on horseback; she jumps off the horse and attaches a tracking device to the car before she lands hard on the ground. A man and a woman rig a device to explode and create a lot of smoke as a security guard enters a laboratory; the man is trapped inside the room and we hear him coughing as the smoke alarm sprays water on him.
► A woman sticks a sticky dot to a man’s neck and he gasps and falls unconscious. A woman accidentally knocks herself unconscious by putting a device on her finger the wrong way. A woman with a cattle prod zaps a man on the neck knocking him out. A man grips another man’s hand and we hear cracking as he whimpers. A man squeezes another man’s neck. A woman holds a man’s arm and twists it behind him; he then throws her to the ground and draws a gun on her. A woman punches a man in the face and knocks him to the floor.
► A man with tape on his mouth and his hands tied behind his back falls out of an armoire and onto the floor (we see blood on his shirt and face). A woman stands on the ledge of a balcony and another woman pushes her off (we see her safe inside a helicopter as it flies away) and several other women are rigged with cables and they drop off the ledge (presumably sliding down the cables to the ground). Several women parachute out the back of a plane mid-flight leaving one woman behind to land the plane (she panics but is fine). A man and woman spar in a boxing ring (they are wearing large gloves). A man does an alignment on a woman by pressing her back and we hear a crack.
► Several spy tactics are incorporated including copying someone’s fingerprints, using a device that renders people unconscious instantly, tracking devices, smoke bombs, inconspicuous listening devices, etc. A man yells in frustration and throws his cellphone into water. A man knocks a box of breath mints out of a woman’s hands and tells her that other things in the room can blow up, so she should stop touching them. A woman trips a man in a crowded marketplace and he drops his phone.
► A woman says of a man, “I’m gonna kill him.” A woman tells another woman, “Someone wants you dead.” A woman talks about a clean energy technology and that it can be weaponized. Two women argue.
► A woman vomits (below the frame) and we hear gagging and her face looks pale and sweaty when she gets up. A woman smells another woman’s’ breath and says, “She didn’t puke.” A woman tells another woman, “No puking.” A woman opens a condiment packet with her teeth and a man complains about how many bacteria are present in the human mouth. A woman talks about having had food poisoning in Istanbul. A woman swirls a man’s toothbrush around in toilet water. A woman is seen in a hospital with IV lines attached to her arm and another woman cries (the first woman wakes up and recovers). A woman has a bloody wound on her shoulder and a man smears a green goop on the area.
